About this watch
Vacheron Constantin Historiques American 1921 Ref. # 82035/000R-9359
The distinctive silver dial against the rose gold case creates a striking contrast that defines the Vacheron Constantin Historiques American 1921 in this 40mm configuration. Reference 82035/000R-9359 faithfully recreates the revolutionary 1921 design that introduced the crown at 1 o'clock, a bold departure from conventional placement that catered to the emerging wristwatch culture of the Jazz Age. This Historiques interpretation maintains the original's distinctive cushion case proportions while incorporating modern manufacturing precision and a sapphire crystal for enhanced durability. The silver dial's clean aesthetic emphasizes the watch's architectural geometry, creating a timepiece that bridges nearly a century of horological evolution.
