About this watch
Rolex Steel and Yellow Gold Rolesor Lady-Datejust 28 Watch - Fluted Bezel - Silver Index Dial - Jubilee Bracelet - 279173 sij
Among contemporary Lady-Datejust offerings, the steel and yellow gold Rolesor configuration with silver index dial represents one of the most enduring aesthetic formulas in Rolex's 28mm case lineup. This particular Rolex Datejust 279173 demonstrates how the manufacture's two-tone approach translates classical proportions into modern wearability, with the fluted yellow gold bezel creating the signature light-catching crown geometry that has defined the collection since 1945. The silver dial's applied index hour markers provide clean legibility against the precious metal case construction, while the five-link Jubilee bracelet maintains the refined integration between case and bracelet that collectors associate with dress-oriented Datejust variants.
