About this watch
Rolex Steel and Yellow Gold Rolesor Lady-Datejust 28 Watch - Fluted Bezel - Champagne Diamond Dial - Oyster Bracelet - 279173 chdo
At the heart of the Rolex Datejust 279173 beats the perpetual, self-winding calibre 2236, a movement that represents Rolex's commitment to precision timekeeping in their women's collection through its silicon Syloxi hairspring and Chronergy escapement. This 28mm case crafted in yellow gold Rolesor—Rolex's proprietary combination of Oystersteel and 18ct yellow gold—creates the perfect proportions for the champagne diamond dial, where ten brilliant-cut diamonds replace the hour markers at positions 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, and 11. The fluted bezel, machined exclusively in yellow gold, catches light with each movement while the sapphire crystal provides scratch-resistant protection. This unworn example showcases the sophisticated elegance that has made the Lady-Datejust a cornerstone of contemporary women's luxury watchmaking.
