About this watch
Rolex Everose Gold Lady-Datejust 28 Watch - 44 Diamond Bezel - Mother-of-Pearl Diamond Dial - President Bracelet - 279135RBR mdp
Introduced in 2016 as part of Rolex's refined approach to precious metal timepieces, the reference 279135RBR showcases the maison's mastery of Everose gold paired with lustrous mother-of-pearl artistry. This 28mm Lady-Datejust exemplifies the technical evolution from earlier 26mm references, offering enhanced wrist presence while maintaining the collection's signature elegance through its diamond-set bezel and dial configuration. The mother-of-pearl dial surface creates an ever-changing interplay of light, complemented by the warm pink hue of Rolex's proprietary 18k Everose gold case and President bracelet integration.
Key Features & Specifications
- Everose Gold Construction — Crafted entirely in Rolex's proprietary 18k pink gold alloy, featuring enhanced fade resistance and deeper color saturation compared to traditional rose gold formulations
- 44-Diamond Fluted Bezel — Hand-set brilliant-cut diamonds replace the traditional fluted pattern, creating maximum light refraction while maintaining the iconic Datejust aesthetic proportions
- Mother-of-Pearl Diamond Dial — Natural Tahitian mother-of-pearl base with applied diamond hour markers, showcasing individual nacre patterns that ensure no two dials are identical
- President Bracelet Integration — Three-piece link construction in matching Everose gold with hidden Crownclasp system, originally developed for the Day-Date collection in 1956
- Caliber 2236 Movement — Self-winding mechanical movement with 55-hour power reserve, featuring Rolex's Syloxi hairspring and Chronergy escapement for enhanced precision
