About this watch
Patek Philippe Nautilus Ladies Rose Gold Gemset Bezel | 7118/1300R-001
Radiant rose gold meets precision craftsmanship in this gem-set bezel Nautilus, where the 35.2mm case transforms Patek Philippe's iconic sports watch into a sophisticated jeweled statement. The reference 7118/1300R-001 elevates the classic Nautilus silhouette through its integration of precious stones as both bezel decoration and hour markers, creating a luminous dial presence that catches light from multiple angles. Rose gold construction extends seamlessly from case to integrated bracelet, maintaining the collection's signature porthole aesthetic while introducing feminine luxury touches. This particular configuration represents the Nautilus collection's evolution from pure sports watch to haute horlogerie jeweled timepiece.
