About this watch
Patek Philippe Ladies Nautilus Watch - 7118/1A-011
Introduced as the refined counterpart to the men's iconic sports watch, the 7118/1A-011 represents Patek Philippe's masterful interpretation of Gerald Genta's original porthole design scaled for the feminine wrist. This 35mm stainless steel case strikes the perfect balance between the collection's architectural boldness and elegant proportionality, while the smoke gray dial creates a sophisticated monochromatic palette that distinguishes this reference within the Nautilus family. The Patek Philippe Nautilus 7118/1A-011 maintains the collection's signature horizontally embossed pattern across its charcoal-toned surface, creating subtle light play that shifts from deep graphite to silvered gray depending on ambient conditions.
