About this watch
Cartier Tank Americaine Watch - Medium Pink Gold Diamond Case - Alligator Strap - WB704751
The pink gold case construction and diamond-set bezel elevate this Tank Americaine WB704751 beyond the collection's standard offerings, creating a distinctly luxurious interpretation of Cartier's iconic rectangular silhouette. This unworn example showcases the medium-sized proportions that define the Americaine variant, stretching the classic Tank geometry with elongated curves that follow the wrist's natural contour. The silver guilloché dial provides textural depth through its hand-engraved radial pattern, while the pink gold case material adds warmth against the deep black alligator leather strap. Reference WB704751 represents Cartier's commitment to elevating the Tank formula through precious metal construction and diamond accents.
